2021 'Tiger Moth Marshall' Adelaide Hills Montepulciano

Jo Seabrook’s paternal grandpa, John Marshall, was a clever chap who spent most of his youth concealing dangerous behavior. At the fresh age of 19, he forged his mother’s signature to enlist in the Royal Australian Air Force. John flew Tiger Moths and became legendary for his loop-de-loops. He loved to cause a stir by flying directly above the beach, and unusually low over the ladies change room!

Dark and brooding aromatics of glassed cherries, black plums and tanned leather. A savoury & textural wine, the palate provides notes of cherries and mulberries, framed by rich ripe tannins, soft acidity and a long, lingering finish.
